Formula for Wealth

Achieving financial goals involves tradeoffs between three investment components:
Target goal, Time and Rate of Return.
  • For example, the larger the goal, the more you will need to invest.
  • If you can earn a higher return, you may be able to reach the same goal by investing less.
  • If you can wait longer to reach the goal, you will need to invest less.
  • If you need to reach your goal sooner, you will need to invest more.
